Body Building Diet Loss Weight

A good diet for a person who usually worksout?
What is a good diet plan for not that much (but still some) weight loss and good for helping with building muscles and thats good for the body? And also what are foods that I should AVOID and foods I should VOID?
Thanks in advance for any help!
And please don’t be like Kade and be putting products on here for me to try!!! Thank you.
NEVER EVER EVERRRRRRRR EAT FRIES they are FILLED with all kinds of grease and fats. i suggest taking a fishoil pill to keep up on your vitamins. make sure you eat alot of protein. Chicken would be usually best. Um you might also like eating a fruit mixed in with your breakfast. If your wanting to eat constantly when you work out you might also want to chew some gum. Make sure you eat more than you usually do unless you eat alot. Spagehti is a great choice because of the tomato is a vegitable/fruit. the noodles are grain. some people add pepper wich can be good for you. and that should be good for you. List of foods all to stay away from: Fat cakes (name says it all) , sweet cereals for breakfast are a nono, and NO!!!! eatting ROMAN NOODLES THEY HAVE TONS OF STARCHES, for an alternative you might try : oat meal, or wheaties. u can find wheaties at almost any local store!!! hope this helped. sorry for the length…..
