Question about body building?
I have 2 large dumbbells that i train with everyday.
i do mostly the basic stuff but there is one i have much difficulty doing.Its like:
lie down on the floor with dumbbell in each hand
then lift them simultaneously in the air making them hit each other with your arms still straight.
i keep trying but i fail to do it.
I’m guessing there is a specific body part that handles this kind of motion but witch?and ways to strengthen it.
Those are the pecs, shoulders, and somewhat back and triceps. Bench press would be the easiest way to strengthen them.
